Annie is President and Managing Partner of Annie Frome Inc. (AFI), a coaching firm that helps companies realize their investment in people.
- She coaches executives, leaders, partners and high potential individual contributors. They may be new to an organization or scaling into new roles within their current organization.
- She works with leaders and teams to focus their attention on the right activities and solutions by helping them improve their thinking. Her clients can focus their attention on new possibilities, reflect and gain insight, then move into action. This brain-based approach is based on the power of asking great questions. It is only through reaching insight that solutions can be identified, and action steps developed, to both change behaviors and create new habits.
