Leadership Circle Profile and Leadership Culture Survey, Certified

The Leadership Circle Profile is designed to accelerate leadership effectiveness beyond traditional competency-based approaches. When it comes to developing leaders, training to competencies alone does not work very well. For more rapid and lasting results, it is crucial that organizations help leaders gain deeper insight into their behavior and what is driving it. The Leadership Circle Profile™ is the only 360-degree competency assessment that simultaneously provides focused competency feedback while revealing the underlying assumptions that are causing a leader’s pattern of strengths and limitations. The Leadership Circle Profile helps leaders understand the relationship between how they habitually think, how they behave, and, more importantly, how all this impacts their current level of leadership effectiveness. Once this awareness is established, leadership development can proceed. Without it, change rarely happens.

The Personal Insight Inventory (PII) helps you gain insight into your unique motivations and preferences.

Personal Insight Inventory (PPI) is a research-based, on-line survey that provides a customized color-based report showing your unique profile, including:

  • Behavior Preferences – your focus and style when you feel most confident
  • Expectations – your deep assumptions about how you and others “should” act
  • Needs/Energy – what you need on a “gut level” to sustain and restore your energy

Knowing your profile, you can adjust your behavior to be more effective as a leader – taking charge of your own behavior and “dialing up” or “dialing down” your style based on your goals and the situation.

Taken as a group, PII quickly surfaces your team’s collective strengths, improving communication while building connection and engagement. It is an ideal way to form and align a new team or overcome team dysfunctions.


The Organizational Practices Insight Inventory (OPII) takes PII to the next level, giving you insight into your organization’s operating practices and how people experience the organization.

The Organizational Practices Insight Inventory (OPII) is a research-based, on-line survey that allows individuals to share perceptions of how your organization operates, including:

  • Behavior Preferences – the behavior people experience in the organization
  • Expectations – the organization’s expectations people experience (stated or implied)
  • Values – the behaviors that are valued and rewarded in the organization

Understanding how each person experiences the organization is a perfect entry point for discussing culture and how to better align it with the business strategy. Additionally, the collective experience that people share provides insight into the diverse practices represented in the organization.

SCARF

Available online through the NeuroLeadership Institute, the SCARF® Model is a brain-based framework designed to enhance self and social awareness and improve the quality of daily interactions. The model provides a means of bringing conscious awareness to our approach when collaborating with and influencing others. It helps us recognize the core concerns of others (which they may not even understand themselves) and guides our choice of words and actions.
