Annie facilitates leadership programs within organizations, adding insight and experience to established programs and cohorts. She has lead single sessions in established programs in addition to leading the full series.
She also works with organizations who are developing leadership development programs to design and develop the curriculum and facilitate the sessions.
She is a firm believer in the power of experiential learning, providing opportunity for concrete experience (DO), observation and reflection (REFLECT), abstract conceptualization (THINK) and active experimentation (PLAN).
Fast paced working session with new leader and their team to help assimilate new leader into existing team and for team to have the opportunity to provide input and feedback for new leader. This working session accelerates the assimilation process for the leader to hit the ground running and for the team to quickly understand the leader’s focus and perspective and to shift direction as required.
Assessments may be part of the leadership development process. Annie is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile, Leadership Culture Survey, and InColor Insight Personal Insight Inventory.
