Annie partners with her clients, actively engaging them along the way, minimizing hand-offs and capitalizing on the transfer of learning. She has extensive expertise in the areas of process and group facilitation; helping teams identify an organization’s current situation, then assisting in the conceptualization, planning and achievement of goals that support the business strategy. Mergers and Acquisitions is a key area of her focus, helping new teams come together and assimilate, conducting new leader assimilations and ensuring organizational structure and supporting systems are in place. Annie leads strategy sessions to identify critical organizational capabilities and skills necessary to achieve strategic goals. In both the areas of Mergers and Acquisitions and leading strategy sessions, Annie works with diverse cross-functional teams to reach consensus. Change with the Brain in Mind is a session that runs with clients who are going through transition or change.
Annie understands the critical role that supervisors and managers and other key individuals play in a successful deployment and helps prepare them for their role. Her work is always framed with the question in mind “How will this really work in the organization?”
I love group facilitation; helping leaders and teams identify an organization’s current situation, then assisting in the conceptualization, planning and achievement of goals that support the business strategy.
Through innovative, intense methods of work, with extraordinary results Annie is able to get key stakeholders involved and engaged in creating deployment strategies tailored by location and employee’s need. Project work is based on thinking about implementation from the beginning, not as an afterthought at the end of a design process. The results of this way of working have helped designs come alive and not be relegated to a binder on the shelf.
